God chose Israel to be His witness to the nations so that all people would know trust Him. Giving Israel miraculous victories in the past, present and in the future is part of that witness. Worship is one of the ways to proclaim God’s mighty acts of deliverance.
God is not only Israel’s protector He is also her provider!
Just as He did for Jehoshaphat, God’s hand has intervened in and brought victory to every war of modern Israel!
Worship is the best strategy of any and every army! Only Israel wins wars without even having to fight, because God fights for her!
God hears the cry of the humble and contrite in spirit. His plans and purposes for Israel and for the nations will not be thwarted. Sometimes we don’t understand His timing or His methods, but He will always listen and do what is best.
King Jehoshaphat was very successful and righteous; he also knew that the danger that faced him was impossible. His example of humbling himself before the Lord should be admired and followed by Israel’s leaders today. Only God has the answer, whether small or large problems.
God has promised Israel and to all those who have come to Him through faith in Yeshua, that His salvation and righteousness will never fail. Despite challenges to our families, to our possessions and even to our lives, He will ultimately be victorious.
God has always been Israel’s protector. The Bible tells us that in the many nations will continue to fight against Israel, but God will always defend and protect her.
Remembering God’s faithfulness in the past will remind us that God’s protection never fails. Regardless of circumstances or situation, the safest place to be is under the protection of the shadow of His wings.
When the Assyrians came to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord did battle and slew 185,000 of the enemy in one night. Not one Israelite had to fight. Miracles like this continue in every war that modern Israel has had to fight.
