Praise to God

The beginning of the Hebrew month of Cheshvan begins at sundown November 12th. Our custom is to sing praise to God on the Rosh Chodesh, but we will do so two days early.

Praise the Lord

When we arise in the morning we can praise God for His love which will carry us through the day. And then as we finish the day we can praise Him for His faithfulness throughout the day!

Jacob’s Trouble – Praise to God

The hardest prophecies are behind us and now we can look forward to God’s perfect ending of this time of judgement of the nations and the discipline of Israel. So let us join with the 144,000 Jewish men who will follow the Lamb wherever He goes singing His praises.

Praise God!

Thinking about the Tribulation to come, we can become overwhelmed.  That’s why it’s so good to stop and praise the Lord for Who He is, what He has done and what He will do.  We can be sure that one day the whole earth will be filled with His glory!

Praise God

The worship of Israel always included the remembrance of God’s mighty acts of deliverance and His faithful love.  So, when the world is crumbling around us and we see only confusion, danger and darkness, we need to remember who God is and what He has done.  Praise will soon flow from our hearts!

Praise to God

All of God’s creation was designed to worship Him. The colors of the flowers, the song of the bird, the delicateness of the butterfly and the majesty of the lion, all are testimonies of His glory. Only mankind has the choice of praise, gratitude and worship. Only mankind has the control of his heart and how much he will give to God.

On this Rosh Chodesh we join Israel singing the words of the Psalmist.

Praise to God: Psalm 46

Psalm 46 can be used in several of our categories.  Certainly it speaks of God’s protection and God’s unique relationship with Israel.

Praise to God

God promised Moses that He would deliver Israel from the bondage of Egypt with mighty acts of power.
