Pray for the peace of Jerusalem

May they prosper who love you

- Psalm 122:6

God’s unique relationship with Israel

God’s unique relationship with Israel

This week we will pray for Israel through the words of the prophet Zechariah, words of warning, judgment and hope. As always, God’s unique relationship with the land and the people of Israel never changes. It is a relationship of love, grace and mercy based on His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Zechariah 12:1-2

The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:  “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem.

PRAY FOR ISRAEL TO EMBRACE HER UNIQUE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND HIS MESSIAH.
