God gave Israel very detailed instructions about the Passover lamb and Yeshua fulfilled every one of them. Although there continues to be a great debate on exactly what day Yeshua was crucified, it’s appropriate to accept in faith the logistics of that most unusual year. - A male lamb (or goat) in its prime was selected and separated on the 10th (Exodus 12:5 cf John 12:1, Luke 3:23)
- Lamb examined for perfection (Exodus 12:5: Luke 23:4, 14)
- Killed between evenings on the 14th (Exodus 12:6, Luke 23:54)
- No bones broken (Exodus 12:46, Psalm 34:20, John 19:33-37)
