The end of God’s patience
God described Himself to Moses has having a “long nose.” Actually the Hebrew words are: אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם which are usually translated as “long suffering.” The words are quite descriptive as they give the image of a horse with nostrils flaring as a sign of anger (Psalm 18:8, 15). God was warning that there comes a time when even His patience ends. Such a time is coming again soon.
Ezekiel 7:1-4
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
“And you, son of man, thus says the Lord God to the land of Israel:
‘An end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land.
Now the end has come upon you,
And I will send My anger against you;
I will judge you according to your ways,
And I will repay you for all your abominations.
My eye will not spare you,
Nor will I have pity;
But I will repay your ways,
And your abominations will be in your midst;
Then you shall know that I am the Lord!’
PRAY FOR ISRAEL TO RETURN TO GOD, REPENT AND RECEIVE SALVATION BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
