August 10: Restoration of the Land

Some people believe that when God issued Israel divorce papers, that it would be forever (Isaiah 50:1).  But God never breaks His covenant relationship with Israel.  His promise to Jeremiah confirms His everlasting love for Israel and His plans for her future – the restoration of the Land as well as the people.

July 25: Restoration of the Land

The state of Israel is proof that God’s Word is true; that He will not break His promises.  Israel wasn’t “born” in 1948, she was re-established as a nation.  Thousands of years ago God warned Israel that there would come a day when He would exile her from the land, but He promised that He would bring her back.

May 17:  End times, Israel’s Restoration

So we are about to start a new and most important series – praying through God’s End-Times Plan for Israel and the nations.

Let’s start at the end of God’s story with the good news of the Messianic Kingdom when God has refined and restored Israel.

July 15: Righteousness, Restoration

God’s chosen people and city continually reject His love and rebel against His commandments.  He finally calls them His “enemy.”  He speaks through His prophet Amos to warn them that judgement is coming.  He will bring righteousness back to His land.

July 13: Restoration, Jerusalem

The prophet Zechariah probably lived in Ein Kerem, outside of Jerusalem after the people returned from Babylon.  He grieved the state of the city and the land as the people delayed rebuilding the Temple. His prophesy reveals his passion for and petition to God to restore the people and the land.  We see a partial fulfillment today, but ultimately only when “all Israel is saved.”

March 11: Israel’s restoration

Despite God’s many promises to Israel that she will dwell in the restored land of Israel, there is an increasing number of Bible believing Christians and churches that deny, or ignore or spiritualize these promises.  Replacement Theology teaches that the church has replaced Israel and therefore Israel is no longer entitled to any of God’s promises to her.

March 9: Israel’s restoration

God promised to cleanse Israel from her sins and unbelief.  In that day she will finally fulfill her destiny to be God’s witness.
