May 24: God’s unique relationship with Israel
Taking possession of land was part of the covenant God made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. God was very specific about the boundaries of that land. Throughout the ages, the possession of the land has been disputed, especially by people who reject God and those who don’t take His word literally.
