God’s judgement will fall on both Jews and Gentiles but, as He did in Egypt, God does make distinctions between Israel (the Jewish people) and the Gentile nations. He gives Israel promises that He does not give to the Gentile nations.
When God restores the people and the land Israel, He will punish all those who have oppressed them. No one will escape the blessing or the judgement of God’s hand.
