This week we have been reminding ourselves of the beginning of God’s unique relationship with Israel. Sadly, today much of the world, and even many churches are jealous of Israel and seek to nullify God’s promises and try to reinterpret God’s Word. That theology is called “Replacement” meaning God replaced Israel by the Church. So we need to always remember that God’s choice of Israel was for His purposes and plans. If we condemn or criticize Israel we are rebelling against God.
